30 Weeks- The Countdown Begins!

30 Weeks: (8/14/11)

"Your baby's about 15.7 inches long now, and he weighs almost 3 pounds (like a head of cabbage). His eyesight continues to develop, though it's not very keen; even after he's born, he'll keep his eyes closed for a good part of the day. When he does open them, he'll respond to changes in light but will have 20/400 vision – which means he can only make out objects a few inches from his face. Also, his grip is now strong enough to grasp a finger!"

UPDATE:  We met with Dr. Guiroy this week, and everything went great! :)  She was very happy with the results from the specialist, and was relieved that my fluid level went down!  She measured my belly, and I'm still measuring a little big, but we figure it's because Kevin and I were both big babies (and Kevin is 6'4")!  She also said that Logan was still breech, according to the ultrasound the specialist did.  I'm hoping he flips around soon!!!  I've been researching different techniques/moves that are supposed to encourage the baby to flip, so we'll see how that goes!
